Members from the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to the club on Doubling Road shortly after 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 14, where there was a report of a former employee who was trespassing and refused to leave.

Police said that the investigation into the incident determined that Samuel Fulton of North Salem was warned by officers on Sept. 21 that if he ever entered the property again, he would be subject to arrest. The investigation also found that Fulton had trespassed on the grounds on Nov. 12.

Fulton, 30, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing. He was able to post $100 bond and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Nov. 28 to answer the charges.
